The
division is capable of establishing Gas Turbine Projects
in Open Cycle, Combined Cycle or co-generation mode
along with Desalination plants.
Power Projects Division has executed a contract jointly
with GE as a consortium partner for 2 Nos. of Frame
9E Gas Turbines with capacity over 100MW each at Nakheel
and Qidfa Power Stations of Federal Electricity &
Water Authority (FEWA) of UAE.
The division has also successfully installed and commissioned
several DG sets of various ratings upto 5 MW.
The division also undertakes Engineering of Balance
of Plant for Power Plants and erection of the entire
Power Plant including civil works, commissioning and
operation.
The Power Projects Division has established it’s
position as a reliable EPC contractor in the field of
Power Generation . Recently, the division has also made
it’s foray in the Build Own and Operate (BOO)
for Thermal Power Plants. The Power Projects Division
has commissioned and is operating the 10MW rice straw
fired power plant on an 1 0 year lease in India. The
division is also negotiating a 160MW open cycle Power
Project in the Qeshm Island of the Islamic Republic
of Iran. |
